 Most of job seekers have hesitation to initiate the salary discussion at interview.

 Because if you demand too low, you may entangle in financial problem. If you ask high, you could lose on a job offer.

 But we suggest, in a recruitment process, you should be as open as possible with the hiring managers while answering salary questions.

 The recruiters start to negotiate about salary when you are fit to that particular role and usually offer a moderate market rate for your skills.

 You need to market your skills tactically and express your expectations reasonably!!.
