Step – 3 Listen carefully to each question:

 Listening is one of the better way to make an impact with a perspective employer and an opportunity to catch the details from what the interviewer is saying.

 Listening skills make a major impact on your job effectiveness and on the quality of your relationships with others.

 The listening is one of the most important skills in a job interview. Most candidates go into an interview thinking about how they will answer the questions and so they fail to listen or observe what the hiring mangers ask.

 The listening tells the interviewer you have heard what was said and what was not said. sometimes the best answers can be come from listening.

We should listen:

 to obtain information.

 to understand.

 for enjoyment.

 to learn

 A bad listener to the questions is never going to get the job. Because answering incorrectly and improper interruption during the interview will reduce the chance of hiring. 

 You may request the interviewer to rephrase the question back to clarify when you are not sure what the interviewer is looking for. It is quite acceptable to take a little time to formulate your response.

 Smart employers see curiosity as a valuable trait, and you emphasize your curiosity by listening intently.
